Microsoft Word has native support for a wide variety of languages, including Chinese, and all Microsoft Office programs come with a limited selection of Chinese fonts. These outlines are not instructed (hinted) for good legibility and the results are poor. Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) does not display these bitmaps but instead renders the outlines.
